This hotel has nine ground floor rooms although only three of them are completely level access from Reception. There is a large lift serving every floor, including the rear car park which is at basement level. There are several steps to the front entrance but a platform lift is available. Most bedroom floors are multi level with only a handful of rooms offering level access from the lift. Please ensure you submit a Special Needs form if you are mobility impaired.
